Accident that happened in Debenhams - i was trying on Jane Norman denim shorts which had two pins left inside, they scratched my leg and it started bleeding. No one really cared and they just left me in the changing room with bleeding leg :( Not nice of you Debenhmas...

I can't believe that they didn't do anything about it. Not even a CYA report. What if it got infected and became something bigger. The problem is that it's probably not the first time and should take precaution on not hurting anyone else. I've had that happen and it really does hurt.
